Gadget was found all alone on the side of the road to Fort George in the middle of a storm. He was terribly malnourished and sick, but sweet and affectionate right from the start. We took him in, nursed him back to health, and he made a full recovery. We’ve integrated him into the colony on our land, where he gets fed twice a day and gets as much attention as he wants. His favorite trick is to flop down on the ground in front of people’s feet as they walk along the path to the land.
Gadget would make a great duo with Gabbi, one of his colony mates.
Gadget gets along great with other cats, and is so lovable! He’s calm, gentle and even though he’s been living outdoors for years, we think he could make the transition to being an indoor cat with no problem, as long as he gets plenty of attention.
He’s had all his teeth removed, as they were rotten and causing him pain.
