Street Cats of Vis : Helping People Help Cats

Tux is one of Sister Mimi‘s last five kittens. We called this litter the panda crew because three of them looked like panda cubs at birth, with big spots covering their tiny ears. Unfortunately, only two of the five survived to adulthood.

Tux lives with his sister Mini on our land. They could be adopted together, or separately. He could also be adopted with his brother from another mother, Gadget. We would really love for him to be adopted along with one of our other land cats if at all possible.

Tux loves attention, and loves to flop down in front of you as you walk, hoping for a belly rub.

Tux has lived on our land since he was a kitten, and is used to having a very large territory in which to roam. He needs a home with a big, safe garden, far away from cars and similar dangers. He likes attention and cuddles, but isn’t overly clingy. In spite of his iconic glare in this very attitudinal photo, Tux a well-balanced, happy and gentle cat.
